This handmade artist’s book is part of my research undertaken during a residency at Jenny and Antti Wihuri Foundation’s Temppelikatu artist studio in Helsinki in 2023–24.
The book is printed with ink extracted from red cabbage. The ink is not stable and will disappear in time, as all matter inevitably does. What I don’t know is how fast it will happen, whether it will take months or years until the colours fade, or whether these prints will outlive me.
